Any unauthorised use of 360pk's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 360pk, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
360pk makes no warranty that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Planned and unplanned maintenance may cause temporary service interruption. 360pk will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from such interruptions.
In no event shall 360pk's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 360pk account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 360pk's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
360pk collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge that you have read and understood the 360pk Privacy Policy.
